			<description>I noticed that i havent been getting the amount of sleep i should. I came accross some which I thought was informing. It gives the recommended number of hours of sleep people should get. It ranges from adolescents to adults. By looking at this, I need to get more sleep!

Adults/Older Persons:   On average:    7-9 hours 



Adolescents:       8.5-9.5 hours 



Toddlers/Children:*   12-18 months:  13-15 hours
